Shipping / Delivery Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within1 business day after payment is received.

Delivery Time Frames:

Delivery times may vary based on courier delays or high-volume periods.

Courier Option:

Delivered to your door (4-5 working days depending on area)

Please note that a pin will be sent from Courier Guy to verify the delivery of your parcel.

The pin will be sent to the cellphone number you have entered into the system.

Postnet to Postnet:

Please enter the name of the Postnet incl. address, to avoid confusion and delay of parcels.

PUDO - Locker to Locker

Please enter the name of the Destination Locker in full. If you do not have a PUDO locker in your area, please do not select this option.

It will cause a delay in your order as extra shipment cost will need to be paid and cleared first before order will be released.

Packing and Dispatching of Orders

All orders placed, paid and cleared before 10am will be dispatched the same day, unless otherwise communicated.

All orders placed, paid and cleared after this time, will be picked, packed and dispatched the following day, unless otherwise communicated.

Split orders

Should an item on order be out of stock. You as client will have the option to choose whether the parcel is sent without this item, or whether the parcel should be held back until all items are in stock.

If the parcel is split and the "in stock items" are dispatched in the mean time, the backorder item will incur extra postage for your account.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

Undeliverable Packages:
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery fees.

Damage or Issues:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist immediately.

Closures
