Cancellation Policy
50 % deposit is required to confirm booking. Please note that cancellation of the booking deposit can only be fully refunded if done 10 working days prior to the event date. Cancellations to be sent to both info@redolivedesign.co.za & WhatsApp to 082 451 0283, including your name, surname and contact number. Unfortunately no refunds after 10 days.
