The clasp part is smaller and narrower than their "heavier duty" counterparts;  the oval ring wire is 2.6mm - 3mm diameter

This clasp's material is lighter and thinner.  The clasp is smaller than the HD "heavier duty" option and the strap loop is 2.6mm wire diameter
Used for smaller bags  - not heavy load bearing

Use:
Great for hand bags that does not carry alot of weight.
Attach slings to bags, using a D-ring on the sling tab which is attached to the bag base.  A versatile option if one wish to remove sling from the bag, and attach again when needed.
